These Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups are a quick and easy snack or appetizer, made with deli ham, melted cheese, and a buttery, flaky crust. Perfect for lunchboxes, parties, or a protein-packed low-carb treat.

- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or low-carb alternative)
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on each triangle (if using).
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each dough triangle.
- Roll up the dough, starting from the wider end, and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
- Use turkey or roast beef as an alternative to ham.
- Can be made keto-friendly by using low-carb tortillas or skipping the dough.
