Description

These Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups are a quick and easy snack or appetizer, made with deli ham, melted cheese, and a buttery, flaky crust. Perfect for lunchboxes, parties, or a protein-packed low-carb treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or low-carb alternative)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on each triangle (if using).
  • Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each dough triangle.
  • Roll up the dough, starting from the wider end, and place on a baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use turkey or roast beef as an alternative to ham.
  • Can be made keto-friendly by using low-carb tortillas or skipping the dough.
