- 6 slices ham, cut into halves
- 6 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese, cut into halves
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the croissants: Roll out the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
- Add the filling: Place a piece of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle.
- Roll them up: Starting from the wide end, roll the dough into a crescent shape.
- Brush with egg wash: Beat the egg and brush it over each croissant for a golden crust.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
- Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the warm croissants.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
