Description

These Ham and Cheese Croissant Rolls are a buttery, flaky delight! Filled with savory ham and gooey melted cheese, they make the perfect breakfast, brunch, or snack. Easy to prepare with store-bought croissant dough or homemade pastry, these rolls are a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough (or homemade croissant dough)
  • 6 slices ham, cut into halves
  • 6 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese, cut into halves
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the croissants: Roll out the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  • Add the filling: Place a piece of ham and a slice of cheese on each triangle.
  • Roll them up: Starting from the wide end, roll the dough into a crescent shape.
  • Brush with egg wash: Beat the egg and brush it over each croissant for a golden crust.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and flaky.
  • Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the warm croissants.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!

Notes

  • Use different cheeses like mozzarella, provolone, or gruyère for variety.
  • Add a little Dijon mustard inside for extra flavor.
  • Serve with a side of honey mustard or a creamy dipping sauce.
