For the Steak:
- 1 lb flank steak (or ribeye, sirloin)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Salad:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced (or mini mozzarella balls)
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cups arugula or mixed greens (optional)
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & black pepper to taste

Prepare the Steak:
- Rub steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Let rest for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.

Grill the Steak:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (or use a stovetop grill pan).
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side (for medium-rare) or longer for desired doneness.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.

- Arrange arugula (if using) on a plate.
- Top with sliced steak, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella.
- Add fresh basil leaves and season with salt & pepper.
