Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.

Thread salmon cubes onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand).
