Description

These juicy and flavorful Grilled Salmon Bites are the perfect quick and healthy appetizer or main dish! Marinated with simple spices and grilled to perfection, these bite-sized salmon pieces are ideal for summer barbecues, meal prep, or light, protein-packed meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

  • Add the salmon cubes to the marinade and gently toss to coat. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.

  • Thread salmon cubes onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand).

  • Grill the salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through and lightly charred.

  • Remove from grill, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Be gentle when flipping salmon bites to prevent them from breaking apart.

  • These bites are great served over rice, salad, or in wraps.

  • Add a sprinkle of chili flakes for extra heat if desired
