Description

This Grilled Octopus is tender, smoky, and bursting with Mediterranean flavors from fresh herbs and olive oil.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 octopus tentacles
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the octopus for 30 minutes until tender.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Brush the octopus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill for 5 minutes per side until slightly charred.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and parsley.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra tenderness, marinate the octopus in olive oil and lemon juice overnight.
