This Grilled Octopus is tender, smoky, and bursting with Mediterranean flavors from fresh herbs and olive oil.
Ingredients

- 2 octopus tentacles
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the octopus for 30 minutes until tender.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the octopus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill for 5 minutes per side until slightly charred.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and parsley.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra tenderness, marinate the octopus in olive oil and lemon juice overnight.
- Serve with crusty bread or a fresh Mediterranean salad.
