- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the butter mixture generously onto the lobster meat.
- Grill lobster for about 5 minutes per side until it turns opaque.
- Serve immediately with extra butter sauce.
