  • 4 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

For the Honey Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

For Garnish:

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

  • Prepare the Salmon:
    • Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
    • Rub with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Make the Honey Glaze:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  • Grill the Salmon:
    • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
    • Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
    • Place salmon fillets skin-side down and grill for 4-5 minutes.
    • Flip and brush with honey glaze, grilling for another 3-4 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
  • Serve:
    • Drizzle extra honey glaze over the salmon.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
