- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon:
- Pat salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Rub with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Make the Honey Glaze:
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Grill the Salmon:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
- Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down and grill for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip and brush with honey glaze, grilling for another 3-4 minutes until caramelized and cooked through.
- Serve:
- Drizzle extra honey glaze over the salmon.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
