This Grilled Garlic Herb Chicken is tender, juicy, and bursting with fresh, savory flavor. Marinated in a garlicky herb blend and grilled to perfection, it’s the ultimate protein for your summer BBQs or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs if you’re feelin’ juicy)

1/4 cup olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Place chicken in a large zip-top bag or bowl. Pour marinade over and coat well.

Marinate at least 30 mins (up to 8 hours for max flavor).

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken 5–7 mins per side, or until internal temp hits 165°F (75°C).

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with extra herbs or a lemon wedge on top!

Want it extra juicy? Use thighs or add 1 tbsp Greek yogurt to the marinade.
