Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, honey (if using), salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow bowl. Pour marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side or until cooked through and juices run clear.
