- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour in the marinade.
- Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
