Description

Grilled Chili Lime Chicken Breasts are juicy, flavorful chicken breasts marinated in lime juice, garlic, and chili spices, then grilled to perfection for a smoky, zesty meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour in the marinade.
  3. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
