- 3 garlic cloves, minced (divided)

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley or basil, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for grilling)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, 1 minced garlic clove, chopped onion, parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan and brush with olive oil.
- Grill meatballs over medium heat, turning occasionally, for 10–12 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté remaining minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Add grilled meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 2–3 more minutes.
- Serve hot with pasta, rice, or vegetables.

- Substitute turkey or beef for chicken if desired.
- Add red pepper flakes to the sauce for heat.
- Use Greek yogurt instead of cream for a lighter version.
