- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove chicken from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
- Lay tortillas flat and divide lettuce mixture evenly among them.
- Top each with sliced grilled chicken and croutons if desired.
- Roll tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use whole wheat tortillas and low-fat Caesar dressing.
- You can prepare the chicken in advance and store it in the refrigerator for quick assembly.
- Serve with fresh fruit or chips for a complete meal.
