- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 12 oz penne or fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
For Garnish:
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature 165°F). Let rest before slicing.
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce:
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, then simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Combine Everything:
- Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce.
- Slice the grilled chicken and serve over the pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
