- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional for added sweetness)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Place wings on the grill, cover, and cook for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until skin is crisp and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Brush wings with BBQ sauce during the final 5 minutes of cooking, turning to coat all sides. Cook uncovered to allow the sauce to caramelize.
- Remove from grill, let rest briefly, and serve hot with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
