- 1 1/2 cups digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt or heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tsp gelatin or 2 tsp agar-agar
- 2 cups seedless green grapes (halved or whole)
- 1/4 cup red or black grapes (optional, for contrast)
- 1 cup water or clear grape juice (for jelly layer)
Instructions
- Combine crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Refrigerate to set.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, yogurt or cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the cream mixture over the chilled biscuit base and smooth the top. Chill for 1 hour.
- Arrange green grapes (and optional red/black grapes) evenly over the cream layer.
- Dissolve gelatin or agar-agar in warm water or grape juice. Let it cool slightly but not set.
- Gently pour the gelatin mixture over the grapes to cover them evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until the jelly is fully set.
- Once set, remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.

- Chill thoroughly for clean slices and firm texture.
- Substitute with plant-based ingredients for a vegan version.
