Scale
- 16 oz frosted circus animal cookies
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or candy melts (for coating)
- Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
- Place the frosted circus animal cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
- Add the softened cream cheese to the food processor and blend until fully combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffles for about 15–20 minutes, or until firm.
- While the truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips or candy melts in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely, then place back on the parchment paper.
- Immediately top with sprinkles before the coating hardens.
- Let the truffles set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- Use candy melts for a smoother coating that sets better than regular white chocolate.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- You can use different colored sprinkles to match party themes or holidays.
