Description

This Gourmet Mushroom & Onion Cheeseburger features a juicy beef patty topped with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, and creamy melted cheese on a toasted bun.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 2 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 2 burger buns

Instructions

  • Caramelize the Onions & Mushrooms:
    • Melt butter in a pan, add onions and mushrooms, and cook until soft.
  • Make the Burger Patties:
    • Mix beef with seasonings and shape into patties.
  • Cook the Burgers:
    • Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side.
    • Add cheese and let it melt.
  • Assemble the Burger:
    • Toast buns, add patty, mushrooms, onions, and top bun.
