- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
- 2 burger buns
Instructions
- Caramelize the Onions & Mushrooms:
- Melt butter in a pan, add onions and mushrooms, and cook until soft.
- Make the Burger Patties:
- Mix beef with seasonings and shape into patties.
- Cook the Burgers:
- Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add cheese and let it melt.
- Assemble the Burger:
- Toast buns, add patty, mushrooms, onions, and top bun.
