- For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Press tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Slice into 4 even steaks.

- To make the lemon butter sauce, melt vegan butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in lemon juice, zest, parsley, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1 minute.
- Plate tofu over sautéed greens and drizzle with lemon butter sauce. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Marinate tofu in lemon juice and herbs for 30 minutes for deeper flavor.
- Use a non-stick or cast iron skillet to get the best tofu crust.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick to the sauce.
- Serve with rice, quinoa, or roasted potatoes for a complete meal.
