Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are savory, bite-sized stuffed buns filled with seasoned ground beef and gooey cheese, wrapped in golden biscuit dough, and topped with buttery garlic-parmesan for an irresistible snack or meal.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain and let cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 3–4 inch circle.
  4. Spoon beef mixture onto the center of each dough round and top with cheddar cheese.
  5. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal into a ball.
  6. Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops.
  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Make sure dough is fully sealed to prevent leaking.
  • Use shredded cheese if you prefer easier melting.
  • Add cooked bacon, jalapeños, or vegetables for variety.
  • Freeze leftovers and reheat in the oven for crispness.
  • Best served warm but also great at room temperature.
