- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 3–4 inch circle.
- Spoon beef mixture onto the center of each dough round and top with cheddar cheese.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal into a ball.
- Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Make sure dough is fully sealed to prevent leaking.
- Use shredded cheese if you prefer easier melting.
- Add cooked bacon, jalapeños, or vegetables for variety.
- Freeze leftovers and reheat in the oven for crispness.
- Best served warm but also great at room temperature.
