- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Italian-style)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Brush each chicken breast with olive oil on both sides.
- Press the chicken into the Parmesan mixture to coat thoroughly on both sides.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- For extra juiciness, pound chicken breasts to even thickness before baking.
