Description

Garlic Herb Baked Chicken Thighs are juicy, flavorful, and easy to prepare, featuring a blend of garlic, herbs, and spices baked to golden perfection. Ideal for weeknight dinners or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with foil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub herb mixture all over the chicken, including under the skin if possible.
  4. Place chicken in the baking dish skin-side up.
  5. Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until chicken is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes to crisp the skin.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
