- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
- Pour the herb mixture over the drumsticks and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the drumsticks on the wire rack with space between each piece.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is crispy and golden.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
