For the Steak & Shrimp:
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Pasta:
- 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) or your preferred pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Steak:
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Season steak pieces with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the steak for about 3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Shrimp:
- In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter and minced garlic.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and red pepper flakes, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In the same pan, melt the remaining butter.
- Stir in heavy cream (if using) and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Combine Everything:
- Toss the cooked pasta in the garlic butter sauce.
- Add the steak and shrimp back to the pan and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!

- Swap out heavy cream for chicken broth for a lighter sauce.
- Use filet mignon or NY strip for a more tender steak option.
