Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are tender, golden-seared chicken pieces tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. Quick to prepare and full of flavor, they’re perfect as a main dish, appetizer, or protein addition to other meals.

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 4–5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same pan. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the chicken to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Add a splash of lemon juice for brightness.
- Use chicken thighs for more flavor and juiciness.
- Double the recipe and cook in batches for larger servings.
- Add spinach, tomatoes, or zucchini for a one-pan meal.
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor, but pre-minced can be used in a pinch.
