Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites are tender, golden-seared chicken pieces tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. Quick to prepare and full of flavor, they’re perfect as a main dish, appetizer, or protein addition to other meals.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika (if using).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 4–5 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip the chicken and cook for another 4–5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to the same pan. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return the chicken to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Add a splash of lemon juice for brightness.
  • Use chicken thighs for more flavor and juiciness.
  • Double the recipe and cook in batches for larger servings.
  • Add spinach, tomatoes, or zucchini for a one-pan meal.
  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor, but pre-minced can be used in a pinch.
