Description

Garlic Butter Pork Bites are seared pork morsels coated in a luscious garlic-butter sauce—quick, flavorful, and perfect over rice, pasta, or vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin or pork shoulder, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or thyme (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat pork dry and season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork in batches, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Return pork to the skillet. Toss to coat in garlic butter. Add lemon juice if using.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with sides like pasta, rice, or vegetables.
