  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for peanut butter swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. Whisk in granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.
  4. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture is glossy and thick.
  5. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Dollop the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate batter and use a knife to swirl it into the top.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set but still fudgy.
  10. Cool completely before slicing and serving.
