Description

These Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups are a healthy, refreshing, and easy-to-make treat! Made with crunchy granola, creamy yogurt, and topped with fresh berries, they’re perfect for breakfast, snacks, or a guilt-free dessert. A great make-ahead option for busy mornings!


Ingredients

For the Granola Base:

  • 1 1/2 cups granola
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or butter

For the Yogurt Layer:

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  • Fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • Extra granola for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Granola Base:
    • In a bowl, mix granola, honey, and melted coconut oil.
    • Press a spoonful of the granola mixture into the bottom of a lined muffin tin or silicone mold.
    • Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
  2. Make the Yogurt Layer:
    • In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
    • Spoon the yogurt mixture over the granola base, filling each cup.
  3. Add Toppings & Freeze:
    • Top with fresh berries and a sprinkle of granola.
    • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  4. Serve & Enjoy:
    • Let sit for 5 minutes before serving to slightly soften.
    • Enjoy cold as a snack, breakfast, or dessert!
