Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 175 °C (350 °F).
- Dredge mushroom slices in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs or panko.
- Fry in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Season immediately with salt and pepper.
