Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  • Cook pancakes on a greased pan over medium heat, flipping when bubbles form.
  • For glaze, mix melted butter, honey, and cinnamon. Drizzle over pancakes.

Notes

  • Add blueberries or chocolate chips for variety.
  • Serve with whipped cream for extra fluffiness.
