			- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tbsp baking powder
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 cup milk
 - 1 egg
 - 2 tbsp melted butter
 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
 - In another bowl, mix milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
 - Cook pancakes on a greased pan over medium heat, flipping when bubbles form.
 - For glaze, mix melted butter, honey, and cinnamon. Drizzle over pancakes.
 
Notes
- Add blueberries or chocolate chips for variety.
 - Serve with whipped cream for extra fluffiness.
