Description

Creamy and comforting fettuccine Alfredo made with real butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan. This classic Italian dish is pure pasta perfection.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • In a pan, melt butter and stir in cream.

  • Add Parmesan and whisk until smooth.

  • Toss in pasta and season.

  • Garnish and serve immediately.
