- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 packets chicken gravy mix (0.87 oz each)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 can chicken broth (14.5 oz)
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crockpot: Spray the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place them at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Make the Gravy: In a bowl, whisk together the chicken gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and Dijon mustard (if using).
- Cook: Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours, allowing the chicken to become tender.
- Shred the Chicken: Remove the cooked chicken, shred it using two forks, and return it to the crockpot. Stir well to soak the chicken in the gravy.
- Serve: Serve over cooked rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
