Delicious Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes are crispy, golden slices seasoned with herbs and spices. They make a perfect side dish or snack with less oil than traditional fried potatoes.

- 4 medium Yukon gold or red potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the potatoes evenly, about ¼ inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme or rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use sweet potatoes for a sweet and savory twist.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
- Add smoked paprika for extra depth and a smoky flavor.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like aioli or ranch.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer for crispiness.
