Description

Delicious Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes are crispy, golden slices seasoned with herbs and spices. They make a perfect side dish or snack with less oil than traditional fried potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Yukon gold or red potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the potatoes evenly, about ¼ inch thick.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme or rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  6. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
