This deep-dish pizza casserole combines all the flavors of a classic pizza in a cheesy, meaty, and hearty baked dish. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or game day!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 jar (24 oz) pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 20 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, and pizza sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Press pizza dough into a greased baking dish.
- Layer half of the cheese, followed by the beef mixture, mushrooms, olives, and remaining cheese.
- Top with pepperoni and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
