- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
- Fold in chopped pistachios, reserving a small handful for topping.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into small bite-sized squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
