Description

This Chicken in Lemon Cream Sauce is an elegant and easy dinner idea, featuring crispy seared chicken in a rich, tangy lemon cream sauce. A fresh and zesty twist perfect for weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, thinly sliced or pounded

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

 

  • Fresh parsley or green peas for g


Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

  • Pour in cream, broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer until slightly thickened (add cornstarch if needed).

  • Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.

 

  • Garnish and serve hot.
