Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper if using.
- Spoon heaping teaspoons of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes to firm up.
- Transfer carefully to a wire rack to cool completely and crisp up.
- Serve as a snack, with dips, or on top of salads and soups.
