Description

These golden, cheesy mozzarella rice patties are pan-fried perfection—crispy outside, melty inside, and ideal for snacking or side-dishing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • Salt & herbs

 

  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  • Mix rice, cheeses, egg, and seasoning. Shape into patties.

  • Coat with panko.

  • Pan-fry in oil until golden on both sides.

 

  • Serve warm with dipping sauce.


Notes

  • Use leftover risotto for extra richness.
