- 6 jalapeños (seeded and diced)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked crispy bacon (crumbled)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling – In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls – Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Add about 2 tbsp of filling to the center. Fold the sides over the filling, roll tightly, and seal the edge with beaten egg.
- Fry the Egg Rolls – Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve – Let the egg rolls cool slightly, then serve with ranch dressing or a spicy dipping sauce.
