- 2 tbsp butter

- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped chives (for garnish)
Instructions
- Roast the Shrimp:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
