  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream (for creamier eggs)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Roast the Shrimp:
    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
    • Toss shrimp in the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
    • Roast for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Make the Scrambled Eggs:
    • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk (or cream), salt, and black pepper.
    • Heat butter in a pan over low-medium heat.
