Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes. Pat dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- Heat oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potato slices in a single layer and fry until golden and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms until browned and tender, about 5–6 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
- Return fried potatoes to the skillet with mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Toss gently to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with a side of dip.
