Ingredients

1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)

Instructions

Coat cheese cubes in flour, dip in eggs, then breadcrumbs.

Repeat for a double coating.
