1 cup buttermilk

1 cup flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

Salt and pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Soak calamari rings in buttermilk for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Dredge calamari in flour mix, shake off excess.
