  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare Chicken: Slice a pocket into each chicken breast without cutting all the way through.
  • Stuff with Cheese: Fill each pocket with shredded mozzarella and press edges to seal.
  • Season & Coat: Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Coat the chicken in flour.
  • Dip & Bread: Mix eggs and milk. Dip chicken in the egg mixture, then coat with panko and Parmesan.
