Description

Creamy Tuscan Chicken features tender pan-seared chicken breasts simmered in a rich garlic cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach; cook until spinach wilts.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 2–3 minutes.
  8. Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.

Notes

  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness for faster, even cooking.
  • Use jarred sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil for best flavor.
  • Add crushed red pepper flakes for heat.
