Description

Creamy rosé penne pasta made with a luscious tomato-cream sauce — the perfect comfort meal ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 250g penne pasta

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • Salt and pepper

 

  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  • In a pan, melt butter and add tomato sauce and cream.

  • Stir in chili flakes, salt, and pepper.

  • Toss pasta into the sauce and mix well.

 

  • Garnish with basil and serve.


Notes

  • Add Parmesan for extra richness.

 

  • Can be made vegan using coconut cream.
