Description

Creamy Peanut Butter Pie with Chocolate Crust is a luscious no-bake dessert made with a crunchy chocolate cookie crust and a silky peanut butter filling, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. It’s the perfect make-ahead treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 and 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos, finely crushed)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 and 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream)
  • Chocolate shavings or drizzle, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold two-thirds of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
  6. Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Top with the remaining whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or drizzle, if desired.
  8. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
  • This pie can be made 1–2 days ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Try using crunchy peanut butter for added texture, or drizzle melted chocolate over each slice before serving.
