- 1 and 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for whipped cream)

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to set.
- In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold two-thirds of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined and fluffy.
- Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Top with the remaining whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or drizzle, if desired.
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
