Description

These creamy maple fudge bites are rich, smooth, and packed with the deep flavor of pure maple syrup, making them the perfect bite-sized indulgence.

 


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined mini silicone mold or pan.
  • Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
