- 2 cups pure maple syrup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers (for base)
Instructions
- Cook Maple Mixture: Combine maple syrup and cream in a heavy-bottom saucepan. Heat over medium heat, attach a candy thermometer, and boil until 235°F (soft-ball stage).
- Cool and Beat: Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla without stirring. Cool to 110°F, then beat until thickened.
- Prepare Mold: Line a mini muffin tin with parchment liners, sprinkle crushed graham crackers, and spoon in fudge mixture.
- Set and Serve: Refrigerate until firm, then enjoy.
