- 2–3 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine chopped mangoes, yogurt, milk, sugar or honey, and cardamom.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness and consistency as desired by adding more sugar or milk.
- If using, add a few ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
- Pour into glasses and top with fresh mango chunks.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Serve chilled.

- Use Alphonso or Ataulfo mangoes for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on mango ripeness.
