Description

This Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken features tender, pan-seared chicken smothered in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce—perfect for serving over pasta or mashed potatoes!


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into fillets
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
  • Return chicken to the pan, coat with sauce, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
